Song downloads?

Okay my sister cant get limewire on her computer for some reason it will download but never load. Does anyone know why it does this?


So she has bearshare but it downloads her songs as wmp's (i think its callled), how do I change this to mp3 or something to where I can download songs to cds and ipod???





Or is there another FREE program like limewire %26amp; bearshare that I can download for her??
