Hi! Can anyone tell me if you can burn a "WMA" song download to disc to play on a normal (eg car) cd player?

Have previously been able to do this with downloaded mp3 songs, but there are songs I want to download that I can only find (legit) in WMA format. Thanks for any advice.

Ok if you burn the CD as a data disc then the CD player must be WMA able. If you burn as an Audio CD then no it doesn't matter what kind of file it is. Remember when burning an Audio CD it can only fit about 20 songs depending on the length of the songs. Data CDs go by how big the file is. Most new Car CD Players have WMA able on them these days.
Reply:you can convert it if you want an mp3.you can also burn wma but it takes to much space.if you want to burn wma you can use media player.
Reply:yes you can burn most audio types onto cd
