Is there a way of getting rid of the viruses on a downloads song before putting it on my iPod?
you can't get a virus on an ipod neather can you get a virus from a mp3 music file.

Reply:scan the files with an antivirus program.
Reply:You can get a trojan from a music file, zip file, movie file, etc. etc. Anything you download can have hidden embedded trojans in them.
