I mean i know that its illegal to give away audio tracks, but do the artists make videos to financial benifits or for popularity?
cant we give song videos even for non commercial usage?

you can give them away, if you can show proof that you purchased it, as with youtube videos they have hired people constantly scouring the website removing illegal copies.
